Jason's Deli

Disappointing customer service.
I am a Jason's Deli Rewards member, and was shocked at the poor customer service at the Knoxville location. At other locations, if the main ordering line has many guests, the "to go" register asks if anyone is ordering just a salad bar.
This helps get customers through quicker, and I understand why this register doesn't take more complicated food orders.
Salad bar only. With a very slow moving line today, I approached the "to go" register and asked if I could order a salad bar and water there.
The young lady seemed upset that I disturbed her (I had witnessed here goofing off and having a good time for the last 3 to 5 minutes, as no "to go" orders came through while I was in line), and said No you have to order in that line.
I tried to politely tell here that other locations do as described above, and she quickly cut me off saying "you have to order over there". Right after that, she returned to her very important goofing off.
I told her to have a nice day and left the restaurant. I won't visit the Knoxville location again, which is a shame because I enjoy their food while out of town.
Sad that such a great restaurant chain has to hire such disappointing employees.

This place is amazing! It's not a deli, it's a restaurant that has so many choices, you don't know which to choose! The salad bar is huge and if you eat at the restaurant you get free ice cream! Everything is always fresh.
So many options to choose from.
If you are in the Cedar Bluff area, do not miss out on this little gem.
The only negative comment is that the staff seems kind of grumpy! Other than that, enjoy!!!

The lady up front that takes the order seemed like she had a bad attitude.
I remember coming in here one time before and it was the same thing.
She didn't know where things were on her computer which is understandable, however the order didn't come out right.
I ordered a sandwich and a plate for the salad bar.
Instead I got half a sandwich with chips on the side.
I was like whatever, food is food.
I'll just eat it and be out of here.
Thats when part way through my sandwich I see this tiny bug crawling around in it, looked like Lice.
Gordon Ramsey would have shut the place down within 5 minutes.
