Altruda's Italian Restaurant is a gem tucked away in Town & Country Commons. 🍷 The ambiance is cozy, with divided sections offering a sense of privacy, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

I indulged in the Shrimp Altruda - absolutely divine! The fresh salad and those garlic rolls? Irresistible! My husband's fettuccine Alfredo was creamy perfection.

The staff is welcoming and attentive, making every visit feel special. Whether it’s a family dinner or a romantic date night, Altruda's is a must-try for a taste of authentic Italian fare in Knoxville! We’ll definitely be back... ❤️
