Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We stopped in here on our way home from Pigeon Forge.
Oh wow! We are never disappointed.
Every Cracker Barrel is such a delight.
All employees were nice and our server Tricia was a super delight! Top notch, on her game 1,000%.
Our drinks never went dry.
Our food arrived with perfect timing.
Friendly conversation.
Suggestions to finish out our vacation.
She was a breath of fresh air early in the morning.
Customer Service never fails at a Cracker Barrel! Thank you for our amazing dining experience! Much needed! Thank you! :)

I usually love Cracker Barrel but I would recommend staying away from this location.
Their service is bad and so is the food (compared to other Cracker Barrel locations).
I’ve dined here and ordered to go.
They never ever answer their phone so don’t try curbside unless you never want your food.
They always get my order wrong, take too long to serve it, they don’t serve some of the better daily specials like turkey and dressing (Thursdays) and the food is always underwhelming, dry and sometimes cold.
For example, one of the most delicious dishes I’ve had is the fruit topped baked French toast casserole (limited summertime item).
I’ve had this at a different location and it was heavenly! I’ve had it twice at this location and both times they were different - this last time it was extremely dry, the time before that it was also dry and they forgot the berries and cream on top.
The only reason I’ve been coming to this location is because it’s so close to my home.
I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore and will just go to the Turkey creek location which is soooo much better in every way.
Do yourselves a favor and skip the Cracker Barrel off Parkside Drive.
It’s worth driving further for good quality (actual Cracker Barrel quality) food and service.

Our server Skylar was friendly, accurate and efficient.
We enjoyed our meal, food was good as expected, and had fun shopping in the store.
The only ding I would give the restaurant was the floors looked like they needed attention, not a neat look.
I know this is hard in a family restaurant but others manage to do so and still maintain operations.
