Nestled within Parkwest Medical Center, Parkwest Boulevard Bistro is a delightful surprise for hospital dining!
I stopped by for breakfast and was thrilled by the healthy options available. The avocado toast was fresh and fulfilling, while my friend enjoyed a hearty omelet that was packed with flavor. ☕ The coffee was a standout - rich and energizing!
The atmosphere is casual, making it a great spot for solo dining or a quick catch-up with friends. While the staff was mostly pleasant, I did encounter a somewhat brusque server, but the overall experience was positive.
Just a heads-up: they don’t accept cash, which was tricky for us! Still, I'd recommend this bistro
