One of my all time favorite breakfast spots in the U.S.! If I’m visiting the area, I try to make it here for breakfast.
I’ve been to their 3 locations in Denver and they’re also very good. Everything I’ve sampled on the menu is good- it’s just a matter of what you are in the mood for.
Last week, I made 2 visits here.
The beignets are always amazing as well as the spiced tea (buy a bag and take it home). The blackened salmon with eggs is delicious as well as the trout.
My friends ordered the porridge with berries and they were also good. Enjoy the biscuits with homemade jams, strawberry/rhubarb, blueberry or apple butter.
Make sure you try the strawberry and the blueberry jams.
Sometimes the table doesn’t always have both so ask for them.

I've never had food from Lucile's that wasn't awesome.
The staff is friendly and attentive, the service was quick, the space is cute. They are well priced and have a good selection. Try the beignets with some of their tasty jams and marmalades. Pay at the front when you're done. Parking is paid street parking.
