I recently visited the Jimmy John's on Cedar Bluff Rd in Knoxville, and I was genuinely impressed! The staff, especially Mike and Simba, greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm - it felt like a small community gathering rather than just a sandwich shop.

I ordered the Turkey Tom, which was fresh and tasty, paired with a crunchy pickle. Even though there was a slight mix-up with my order, they handled it with grace and eagerness to make it right.

Great customer service makes all the difference, and these guys absolutely nailed it! I’ll definitely be returning... 😊
