Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Polaris Towne Center is a delightful spot for special occasions! 🎉 We celebrated my wife's birthday and were impressed from the moment we walked in. Our server, Jane, was attentive and friendly, making our experience even better.
We loved the lobster spinach queso and the prime rib, cooked to perfection with creamy horseradish that added a nice kick. The ambiance was cozy and upscale, perfect for a romantic dinner.
