An underwhelming dining experience on many levels, especially when one takes into account how famous and how high a reputation this burger joint enjoys.
The place is clean and well designed but clearly understaffed.
One can only pay with a credit card at the self-service payment terminals, and who is the tip for when no one is waiting on you?! The sandwiches were small with limited toppings, and the fries were nothing to crow about.
Prices are too high for what one gets, particularly when compared to other upscale burger joints like Five Guys.
This Shake Shack location is in serious need of improvements on all fronts.

Food was freshly prepared just the way i ordered it and tasted delicious.
Food also came out very quickly after ordering.
The restaurant was clean and resonably priced.
The fries were seasoned perfectly, and the burgers and shakes were awesome.

They don't have any cashiers, they make you do that work for them.
Their tablet doesn't respond to touch well, and their menu is convoluted.
They have no combos or anything, so you have to buy $5 fries, a $4 drink, and a $10 burger separately, absurd prices for what this food is.
I used to love shake shack, but this one has cemented never visiting one of these joints ever again.

The vanilla and chocolate recipes use real sugar, no corn syrup, and milk from dairy farmers who pledge not to use artificial growth hormones.
