Very clean inside and out.
Staff greeted me almost immediately.
Hardly any wait to grab my pickup order (they were literally wrapping it up when I came in).
The store and staff 5/5 stars.
The sandwich 3/5 stars.
Basic as basic can be turkey sandwich (ordered with extra mayo).
Nothing exciting or attention grabbing about it.

My cousin gave me a list of places to have a quick bite to eat upon our arrival.
We chose Potbelly because they had great sandwich options and prices were good.
The decor was awesome, fast and friendly service, and our food was delicious! We loved the Mac n cheese! They had a ton of chips and beverages tp choose from as well.
It was the perfect stop for a quick bite and then back on the road.

The sub was drpping and greasy ...instead of mayo on the side it was slapped on the bread.
The bread was brown on the edges and stale.
Not sure what happened? Maybe too busy with it being Super Bowl Sunday? Their food is usually good.
Not today.
