Fukuryu Ramen Polaris was a delightful spot for a casual lunch! 🍜 I ordered the Red Dragon ramen with the spicy panko chicken - definitely went for level 2 heat, and it was just right! The broth was rich, and the chicken had a nice crunch.
The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, making it ideal for a laid-back meal. Service was efficient, and I appreciated that they had vegan options available!
However, I noticed some inconsistency in flavor from previous visits, but overall, it’s a solid choice when craving authentic ramen in Columbus! Will be back soon! 😊
