I live in Hilliard, but was with a friend who lives near Polaris, so we stopped in. I has never been to a McDonald's with a kiosk. It was a very user friendly process! The atmosphere was the best! I didn't feel like I was in a McDonald's, but rater a cool diner. The seating was the coolest I've ever seen in a McDonald's.
Absolute best customer service ever!! I was disappointed after some bad service at another restaurant and came here instead.Everyone was so Friendly, and the environment so very positive and upbeat! I will definitely return this location! You guys turned my day around!
Ordered breakfast for pick up, food was old and cold when it was brought out to the car.If I'd realized before pulling away and had, had more time I would of taken it back.
