Service was almost non-existent.
It was a Sunday and busy but front of house staff was either no where to be found or chatting amongst themselves, we went the entire meal without a refill of water and there were several issues with our meal which leads me to suspect staff shortage at the back of the house.
All our food was overcooked, burnt and or dry.
The pizza toppings were burnt as were the potatoes.
The eggs in the Benedict were cooked solid, the pastas were dry without sauce.
Not what I would expect from a Cheesecake factory at all.
Very disappointed, even with a large party of 7, I would expect better food and better service.

I liked the place.
The old-fashioned burger I ordered was very tasty.
So was the milkshake.
The cake looks like it'll be very tasty, so I can't wait to try when I get back.
The only complaint was that we didn't get our food till like 1:40 when we managed to get our reserved 1pm table early(because we were and they had room).
Even then, I didn't get my burger till 1:55.
But other than that, I enjoyed everything. Edit: They charge a dollar fifty for a slice of cheese, and don't tell you up front.
Which I don't like.
A dollar fifty for a singular slice of cheese is kinda stupid, but eh.
I enjoyed the rest of it.
