El Campesino is a delightful hidden gem in Colorado Springs! 🌟 I recently dined there and was blown away by the incredible Tacos De Birria - made to order and bursting with flavor. The burritos with barbacoa were also impressive, even for a first-timer like me.

The atmosphere felt like stepping into a cozy Mexican home, enhanced by the live music that added a fun vibe to my meal. Just a heads up, the chips were a tad cold, but everything else was spot on.
