Taste of Ethiopia Restaurant & Coffee Shop is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for family or a casual dinner date. 🍽️

We ordered the food platter to share and it was a delightful experience, showcasing a variety of flavors. I especially loved the vegan options - each dish was fresh and well-seasoned. The honey wine was a surprisingly delicious addition! 🌼

The owner and staff were incredibly kind, making us feel right at home. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended! 😊
