Uwe's German Restaurant is a gem in Colorado Springs! 🌟 I recently indulged in their Veal Wienerschnitzel, which was cooked to perfection with crispy fried potatoes on the side.

The highlight was definitely the Creamy Green Bean Soup - absolutely divine!

The cozy atmosphere and exceptional service were welcoming, although I wish there were a few more menu options.

Make sure to reserve a table since space is limited! Overall, my first taste of German cuisine was delightful and I can’t wait to return for more! 🍽️✨
