Uwe's German Restaurant is a gem in Colorado Springs! 🌟 I recently indulged in their Veal Wienerschnitzel, which was cooked to perfection with crispy fried potatoes on the side.
The highlight was definitely the Creamy Green Bean Soup - absolutely divine!
