I have not had this location in a long time.
I remember them testing better.
I didn't get much fries and my chicken was extra fried, not much meat.
Also, they are doing road construction so it is a PAIN getting in and out.

First walking in the atmosphere seemed great and all and right as we start ordering the guy that took our order was disrespectful.
we asked for the popcorn shrimp and tender combo and he said “huh?” with a disrespectful smirking face then after says that they didnt serve that until i pointed it out on the menu screen.
after we ordered we went to the tables and none of them were cleaned there were crumbs at every table, we had to wipe down our own just to be able to sit comfortably.
there was even chicken bones just casually on the table across from us.
our food took a very long while to come out and there was zero drive throughs at the time.
they were just playing music in the back and changing it to like “the wheels on the bus” song and just dancing to it instead of making our food.
i am very disappointed in the experience.
but the food was good which is a plus.
other than that.
i wont be back at this location.

The customer service at this location is poor.
Even though the sign shows what you get when you order, that's not the case.
Sign shows 16 piece tender two large sides and six biscuits for a price.
Cashier states you only get one side and 6 biscuits.
Then why does the sign show what it does? Even after clarifying your order, absolutely double check it because things will be missing.
And if you return to correct it, the attitude changes from bad to worst, making it seem as if you done something wrong.
Customer service is at an all time low.
When you order through the drive through they don't ask if you have the app.
Then you say you're using the app they don't take the code, and say pull up to only say it's full priced.
Will not be going to this location anymore.
