Pho Viet Bistro has transformed into AfrikaanCleoRich, and wow, what a delightful surprise! 🌟 The shift to African cuisine brings a burst of vibrant flavors to Colorado Springs.

I sampled their jollof rice paired with spicy grilled chicken, and it was simply divine - perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat! The casual atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly. 💖

Although it’s no longer a pho spot, this restaurant is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic African dishes. I can't wait to return for more of that delicious food! 🍽️✨
