I recently visited El Chapin, and it's hands down the best taco spot in Colorado Springs! 🌮 The outdoor food truck vibe is charming, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I opted for three chicken street tacos, and wow - the grilled chicken was perfectly tender, paired with radish, lime, and grilled onions for that authentic flavor.

Prices are super affordable, making it a great lunch spot post-zoo! My only suggestion would be to include a few spicy options. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit! Can’t wait to try the burgers next time! 🍔✨
