I made my own salad.I got a Mexican bowl but as a salad, no rice.I love this. Service was slower than usual but I always take my patience with me.Staff was friendly. Love this place.

Thank you Missy! We look forward to having you back!
Food is good, but employees make you feel uncomfortable.Good god, customer service is hit or miss here. One gentleman who seems to be there a bit who gives off *annoyed manager energy* has an overall, consistently bad attitude.Any sort of questions or concerns about the salad making process is met with a look as if I’m speaking a different language.I’ve observed this same behavior to other guests as well.Overall, this place is customer facing, so while it’s still fast food and I get the crowds and generally low wages that come with it, that is no right to make the customer feel uncomfortable, which is exactly how I’ve felt on multiple occasions with this white gentleman who always has a hat on.And it’s not just him.Others also seem annoyed and are chippy when it’s busy or you’re asking fairly easy questions. I have decided to visit the Chop5 on Lane instead and will find an alternative establishment on Polaris. No more Chop5 Polaris for me.About four too many bad experiences. I would consider coming back if the owner replies back with a catered response, and addresses this to the associates, considering this is a multi-time occurrence, with similarity written one star reviews from other guests.

Hi Susan! I'm so sorry that this has happened to you.I hope you know that the experience you had is not what we ever want for you or anyone else.I will most definitely talk with the team.I would like to get more information from you to be sure that we know who the manager and team was. Please contact me at kimp@chop5.com and I would also be happy to refund your order as well.Again, I'm sorry for your experience. We will work to make it better.Kim
I am staying in Polaris for business this week and found Chop5 on Google when searching for food options! I ordered the Mexican Bowl for Dinner tonight and placed an order of the Spicy Teriyaki Bowl for lunch tomorrow! First impressions were amazing! I walked in to the restaurant and it was very clean! Everyone was super nice and well organized. The food itself tasted fresh and was very filling! I will definitely be a frequent flyer when I come back down this way!
