Chick-fil-A was a great experience.
Food was great and so was the service.
Better yet, the place wasn't overly crowded like other locations.

Chic Fil A used to be the BEST!!! Not sure what’s going on with this location, but it’s got to be the worst I’ve ever been to.
They never put sauces in to-go orders.
Then I’ve now received several breakfast burritos that are just busted open and that makes it difficult to eat.
Food is no longer presented well and it’s just feeling like the Mc Donald’s of chicken now.
Hopefully it’s just a fluke, but over the last 2 months I haven’t seen any change for the better.

I just made a trip to get breakfast.
It is raining and snowing right now.
Chick-fil-a has a very nice drive through with heated covering.
I can’t logically understand why they had an order taker standing in the rain past the covering and having people lower their windows in this weather to take the orders.
Once I was pulling up to the pick up window, there are two cars in front of me, the server brings me my food while I am out in the rain still.
When I asked if I could speak to a manager about this, I was told they were all in a meeting and the MOD was on a 30 minute break.
I don’t understand why a Christian based company would have both their employees and their customers in the rain and snow when they have such nice coverings.
