Butters Breakfast & Lunch in Fort Collins is a cozy gem for brunch lovers! 🤩 Their signature pancakes are fluffy and divine, but the Green Chili Pork Benedict stole my heart with its flavorful twist. The service was exceptional; our server Dahlia was attentive and warm, adding to our delightful experience.
We tried the Cali omelet loaded with fresh ingredients, which was a hit at our table. The only hiccup was the hashbrowns - not quite crispy enough for our liking. Still, the welcoming vibe and delicious food make it worth a visit! Can’t wait to go back! 🍳🥞

If you're in Fort Collins, Butters Breakfast & Lunch is an absolute must-visit! 🍳
Their XL Butters breakfast is a fantastic way to start your day - loaded with everything delicious! I loved the Cali omelet, packed with bacon and avocado. My son raved about the fluffy waffles, and I can't forget the chilaquiles with that tasty guajillo sauce!
The only thing that needed improvement were the hashbrowns, which could've been crispier.
The atmosphere is casual and fun, perfect for families or a laid-back brunch with friends. Can’t wait to return! ☕✨
