Buckeye Asian Express is a hidden gem in Columbus! 🍜 I recently tried their Malaysian Curry with tofu, and it was bursting with flavors - perfectly creamy with coconut milk and a hint of kaffir lime.

The casual vibe is welcoming, and despite its modest size, the cleanliness of the kitchen is impressive. The shrimp Lo-mein I sampled was a bit clumpy, but you can’t beat the prices - my total for General Tso’s, crab rangoon, and Chinese donuts was only $16!

Definitely worth a visit for a quick bite! 😊
