Boulder Salad is a delightful find for fresh, affordable meals in town! 🌱 I ordered the South Westerner salad and loved the balance of flavors, though I wish the portion size included a bit more chicken. The citrus dressing was a highlight - so refreshing!

While the service was a tad slow during my visit, the friendly staff made up for it. Plus, the massive portions ensure you leave satisfied! If you're exploring vegetarian options, don't miss out on their tasty sandwiches! A solid choice for a quick meal! 😊

It took 40 minutes to make 2 salads.
The chicken was full of gristle and not cooked fresh.
The tofu was raw.
The avocado was not ripe.
Just to name a few of the reasons these salads weren’t edible.
I asked for a refund and only get a partial after being questioned about why it took me a little over 3 hours to complain

Disappointing.
Hardly any chicken in the South Westerner salad.
I added shrimp not knowing they were the teeny tiny salad shrimp.
NO tortilla strips or cilanto and maybe 3 small chunks of avocado.
It was mostly lettuce, corn, and black beans.
On the plus side, the citrus dressing is tasty.

Back in the day this was known as the Chicken Rotisserie spot.
In its place now is The Salad Place, thank goodness cuz the food here is fresh and really good! Also the portion size is HUGE!! Try their paninis.
