No restaurant embodies these concepts like Bibibop.
If you are in a major city in Ohio, you are likely not far from sitting down to a big, hot bowl of well seasoned veggies, rice, and protein.
We desperately need them in NY. Now, are they the cleanest places to eat? No.
The tables are cleaned every so often, but you will likely encounter a smudge of sauce or a few grains of rice from the previous diner.
Servers are too busy behind the counter cranking through customers, and the dining area is very much left to the honors system.
The servers are friendly and will load you up with the items you request with a little prodding, but don't expect rays of sunshine with every interaction.
To me, none of this affects their overall rating as the food fits perfectly in its niche of being, again, healthy, tasty, fast, cheap, and plentiful.
Bibibop, don't change a thing.
