Aspen Grille is a hidden gem nestled in the Lory Student Center! 🍽️ I swung by between classes and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service.

The homemade potato chips, dusted with curry salt, and the salmon poke bowl were delicious. The chef even surprised us with a complimentary dessert!

I appreciate their effort to accommodate dietary needs, even though there were minor labeling issues. The vibrant atmosphere made it a great spot to unwind and chat with the hospitality students. I’ll definitely be back for more comfort food! 🌟
