Yong's Korean Kitchen is a delightful find in Colorado Springs! 🍚

Having lived in Korea, I was thrilled to experience the authenticity of their dishes. The bulgogi was flavorful, while the fried dumplings were a standout, perfectly crispy and delicious!

The atmosphere felt genuine, reminiscent of a cozy Korean eatery, although we were the only guests, making it a bit surreal being watched as we dined.

Just a heads up, the kimchi soup and bulgogi leaned a tad salty, and the fried rice was slightly greasy, but overall, a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to return for more dumplings! 🥟
