El Taco & La Arepa is a charming little gem in Colorado Springs! 🌮 Their arepas are simply divine - authentic and made with masa, perfect for gluten-intolerant diners like me. I had the Cameron arepa, while friends indulged in burritos and tajadas con queso, all bursting with flavor.

The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, and the staff is welcoming, even during busy times. The service was a bit slow, possibly due to being understaffed, but the food made it worthwhile. Just a heads up - the taco order is one per serving, so plan accordingly! We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu... 😊
