Uri Sushi & Grill is a delightful find in Colorado Springs! 🍣 My family and I stumbled in after a long day, and we were seated right away, which was a relief. The Udon Tempura was crispy and flavorful, while the Tiger Roll blew me away!

Initially, the service was a bit slow, but the friendly atmosphere made up for it. Everything felt so welcoming, and by the end of the meal, we felt like regulars! I can't recommend the Salmon Nigiri and Hawaiian Roll enough. Can’t wait to return! 🌟
