Yamagata Japanese Steak House is a hidden gem in Lubbock! 🍣

We had an incredible time with my family, enjoying the shabu shabu and watching the chef’s entertaining skills. The teriyaki sauce drizzled over our dishes added so much flavor, making my salmon absolute perfection!

The décor was cozy, though I’d love to see more bare walls for a minimalist touch. Just a heads-up, be prepared for a bit of a wait for drinks - but it’s worth it! Can't wait to come back for more deliciousness! 🍜✨
