Ken Chan Ramen is a hidden gem in Lubbock! 🌟 The atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival.

We started with gyoza and shrimp shumai, both bursting with flavor. My son loved the black garlic tonkotsu - deep umami and a mountain of noodles. I opted for the spicy tan tan men, which hit all the right notes!

The portions are generous, and the ingredients taste fresh. Plus, the curry paitan was a delightful experience with its bold flavors. Overall, this place offers a fantastic dining experience without breaking the bank! Can’t wait to return. 🍜
