Kobe Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is a gem in Lubbock! 🌟 We visited on a Wednesday evening and were seated promptly. The hibachi experience was incredible - the chicken and steak were perfectly tender, and the rice was bursting with flavor! 🥢 The onion soup had an exquisite umami depth that exceeded our expectations.

The kids' meals were reasonably priced with generous portions, making it a family-friendly spot. Our server was attentive and friendly, enhancing our dining experience. If you're looking for amazing sushi and hibachi in Lubbock, this place is a must-try! 🍣 Can't wait to return!
