I recently visited Chicken Express in Lubbock, and while there were a few hiccups, it was an enjoyable experience overall! 🍗

I indulged in the spicy chicken tenders, which were absolutely delicious, packing just the right amount of heat. The yeast rolls were warm and fluffy, and the gravy was smooth - no clumps whatsoever!

The atmosphere is casual, making it great for lunch with friends or a quick dinner. Although I encountered a bit of a wait, the friendly staff was definitely a highlight.

I’ll be back for those rolls and tenders! 😋
