I’ve always loved Chipotle for its fresh ingredients, but my recent visit to the Lubbock location was a bit underwhelming. 🌯

I ordered a burrito bowl with the chicken and mild salsa. Unfortunately, the salsa was sour, and I found quite a few hard rice pieces in my bowl. To top it off, the portion sizes felt smaller than usual. The atmosphere was casual, but it seemed a bit chaotic, with tables surprisingly unclean and staff overwhelmed.

I really hope they turn things around because I’ve enjoyed dining here in the past... 🥺
