Was very hesitant to stop at another Wendy’s due to another location gave me extremely cold food but I stopped at this particular Wendy’s to grab some lunch and they did not disappoint.
I ordered the crispy chicken combo and I must say everything when I received my order was nice, hot, and fresh.
The restaurant from the parking lot, bathroom, lobby, and the pop machine was nice, clean, and fully stocked.
The entire staff during my visit made my lunch even better.

One of the boys taking orders during the night shift was very unpleasant for no reason.
Asked them to give me one moment when I started to order and he kept saying “whenever you’re ready.” In a goofy voice cause he thought he was funny.
Do better.

If I could give less than this I would! After they had issues with their system going down they got rude with me for not having cash to pay for my meal instead of a card I waited over 20 minutes and after telling them I had enough to cover only my sons meal they finally told me that price then very reluctantly gave me my dollar change and then the “manger” came to the food window and tried to refuse to give me the food that I paid for! When I asked to speak to a manager he finally gave me my food and then locked the window in my face. Not only was it not my fault that YOUR system went down but you can not be mad that customers don’t have cash. Who ever is really the manager needs to spend some time training your staff on how to have appropriate customer service and communication!
