Ruby Sunshine is a delightful brunch spot I recently discovered in Ballantyne! 🌞 The ambiance is cozy, and the decor brings a charming Southern vibe. I kicked off my meal with their luscious beignets - pure heaven! For my main, I devoured the Three Little Pigs omelet, which was a savory delight with bacon, ham, and sausage, perfectly paired with grits and a buttery biscuit.

The service? Top-notch! The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Can’t wait to return for those cocktails! 🍹 Highly recommend!
