First, we got the pizza after I had called and saying we been waiting extra 30 mins, they said it had just left and wouldn’t be cold, pizza got here was cold and not cooked all way.
Wings had sauce on 3 of them and rest was bone dry, called again and was told they would replace it, after saying they would, get a phone call few mins later and didn’t have any more cheese sticks so had to fix another type of substitute, well that’s all good then pizza gets here after the second hour of ordering and we got two cheese pizza not what we ordered at all.
Did give extra wings but one “fix” doesn’t make up for 50$ worth of mistakes.
3 hours of waiting for trash pizza again.

My family loves the pizzas.
🍕 I use this facility to throw pizza parties🍕 at my adopted school in west Charlotte, Charles H Parker Academic Center.
The children love the pizzas .🍕 A shout out to store manager Janie /Janice (oops !😬 )for always coming through to help me get those pizzas 🍕 to the children.

Ordered a pizza, meat lovers extra sauce extra cheese.
Worst pizza ever.
Showed up like they made a pepperoni pizza and forgot the meat so just threw it on.
Called.
Back and it was a call center.
Transferee to store.
“ thank you for calling Pizza Hit””! 4 calls and in excess of 40 minutes on hold still no answer.
Horrible service, horrible pizza. Unbelievable.
Look at the wait times!! I have NEVER EXPERIENCED such a lack of customer service. Call centers are trash and as an organization, FIX IT! Trash at best.
