I absolutely love Rico's Acai.
The workers are always so kind and helpful.
The butterbro is my favorite bowl, and I love that we can make substitutions.
The rewards program is also very helpful.

This was a disappointment.
Acai came out gritty, like it wasnt blended with anything else to make it smooth.
That's the first time I've seen that.
As they were making the bowl, all they did was take out a frozen plastic pouch that had the acai.
Fruit and gronala tasted low quality. I've had acai all around the world and in large cities in the US, and this was by far the most expensive bowls that I have seen (especially for the amount).
I expected something better for Fruit bowls priced like entrees.

Em, we hate to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience.
We do not make smoothie bowls, we believe that acai should be eaten in a way that you get the maximum benefits of consuming it.
Our product is an organic purée, imported and is the top product available in the US.
As all exported acai is either a powder or purée.
We understand that some people like acai blended into juice, milks, frozen fruit, etc..
unfortunately that is not our product.
We do offer an acai and berry smoothie that offers the consistency you were looking for.
