Vietnoms is a hidden gem nestled inside SoFA Market in San Jose! 🌟 I tried their Tofu Vermicelli Bowl ($16) with soy sauce, and it was fresh, hearty, and absolutely satisfying. The crispy vegan egg roll was a standout - both flavorful and perfectly cooked.
