I recently discovered Veggie Express, and I’m so disappointed it’s temporarily closed! 🌱 The Asian Fusion Vegan options were phenomenal; I especially loved their crispy tofu stir-fry, which was bursting with flavors. The cozy interior made it a perfect spot for a casual dining experience, and the no-contact delivery service was a huge plus for those busy nights.
