I recently tried Pollo Bravo and it blew me away! The half bird I ordered was perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and juicy meat beneath - so flavorful! 🍗

I paired it with the roasted cauliflower and potatoes. Both sides were delightful, with the potatoes being crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The sauces are fantastic and truly elevate the dishes.

The cozy space has a nice vibe and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back for more delicious tapas! 😋
