The Tamale Factory is a hidden gem in San Jose that truly lives up to its name! 🌮 With a casual vibe, it's all about the tamales here - no seating, just quick takeout. The chicken tamales I tried were phenomenal, perfectly seasoned and generously stuffed. I also ordered a chili relleno, which was decent but not as memorable.

The prices are super reasonable at $4 each, and the service was quick and friendly! Don't miss their mouth-watering Atole, a perfect pairing! Can't wait to come back for more... 💖
