September 25, 2024I recently visited KFC on McKee Rd in San Jose, and overall, it was a satisfying experience! 😊 The facility is clean, well-remodeled, and the atmosphere is perfectly casual for a quick bite. The $20 bucket is a fantastic value, packed with comfort food that hits the spot.
My cashier, Yvanag, was especially friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth. I opted for the extra crispy chicken, which was good but could have used a bit more seasoning.
Despite a minor hiccup with my order, the staff handled it gracefully. I appreciated the great customer service; it definitely makes a difference! Will be back for more... 🍗
