In the past I have had a bad experience with this establishment,but I didn't want to be that person to write a bad review.
I recently decided to give this restaurant a chance again after some time,but I am very disappointed with the customer service.
A customer in front of me was paying but they were trying to find enough cash in there purse to pay and they just gave there opinion in a polite way about how they should offer a debit or credit payment option in the future.
Once these ladies left the establishment the cashier and two men in the kitchen started to talk about about the customer and saying that they can't read and talking bad about their Columbia race in front of me I found that extremely rude and unprofessional.
I wish I had something good to say about this place but honestly I don't.
The service is terrible and the food is alright there are definitely better places in san jose to go for some Mexican food.

Not true.
You guys got upset and started telling us how to run our business because you did not expect us to be cash only despite there being multiple signs all over the restaurant stating “ cash only “.
It has nothing to do with the service because the waitress was polite when she would do to your table.
You can’t say anything about the food since you finished it all.
So stop with the lies.
You’re just upset that we told you we have an atm behind you to take out cash.
We don’t tell you how to manage your finances so why are telling us how to run our business

This is my go-to when I had a long day and want to spoil myself. I ordered through DoorDash and loved how fresh it still was when it got to me.
Everything was packed neatly and there was no mess. I wish there were halal options, but there's still quite a bit of seafood and vegetarian options to make up for that.

So...been ordering from La Grullensa on Uber Eats and loved it so much we went to the restaurant.
The TACO SALAD is the best I've ever had.
Definitely recommend.
