The Plaza Restaurant & Bar is a true gem in Lubbock! 🌮 My husband and I ordered the Guisada Monterrey and the Steak Fajita Nachos with extra cheese. Wow! Each bite was a flavor explosion. The fast service made our meal even more enjoyable.

Ruben, our waiter, was attentive without being intrusive - he kept our chips and drinks full! 💫 The vibrant atmosphere is perfect for a casual night out, and the cleanliness is impressive. Can't wait to return and try more dishes. Definitely a spot to remember! 🍹
