The vibe is casual and welcoming, perfect for families or a laid-back meal with friends. I loved their shredded beef Birria tacos - so flavorful, especially with that rich consomé for dipping! The Elote was delicious too, albeit a bit cheesy for my taste.
We enjoyed the outdoor patio with our dog, and the fast service kept our spirits high. Don't skip the churro waffles for dessert - they're to die for!
Definitely my new favorite spot in Seattle. Can’t wait to go back! 🎉
