Maa Kiin Seattle offers a cozy yet modern atmosphere that makes for a delightful dining experience! We arrived around 1pm and had no trouble finding a seat. The service was impressively fast, and the staff was incredibly welcoming.

I highly recommend the Kao Soi - rich and creamy with large, tender pieces of fried chicken. The addition of pickled veggies took it to another level! The green papaya salad was a refreshing start, and the Kee Mao had just the right amount of heat.

I’m eager to return for more deliciousness soon! 🍜✨
