Island Soul Rum Bar & Soul Shack is a delightful gem in Seattle! 🌴 The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, perfect for a casual outing. I indulged in the crispy catfish po-boy and fluffy hush puppies - both were fantastic! The collard greens were simply divine.

Our server, Malcolm, was attentive and knowledgeable, which made our experience even better. Although the tostones were a bit bland, the vibrant flavors of the other dishes made it all worthwhile. Can't wait to dive into the habanero shrimp next time! Will definitely be back for more Caribbean goodness! 🍤✨
