Blue Nile Ethiopian Restaurant is a hidden gem in Seattle! 🌟 My mom and I dropped by and couldn't resist the family combo - it was packed with flavor and a delightful mix of meats and veggies. The portions were huge, perfect for sharing, or indulging solo!
I also tried their coffee, which was surprisingly delicious; fresh and nutty, it completely changed my perception of black coffee. The service was fantastic, with our waitress providing great recommendations.
