This Taco Bell store and service is the worst the manager is Will there and he can’t even solve one small problem and when u ask for higher management they don’t help but the store number is 5457 and I hope maybe this can get to upper management’s because this is non stop problem.
I order two flat breads they give me one and not only it looks bitten and it was cold.
I only live 1.2 miles down the road and there is no way is would get cold in 5 mins and they said the best they can do is remake it and that’s all they can say every time.
They don’t care about your time you have to waste going back or won’t even give u like an extra store credit for messing everything up.
I rather you guys go to another location.

Worst experience of my life, not only did this establishment get my order wrong.
They forgot a taco along with my order, attempted to go inside but doors were locked and an employee kept pointing to go around and back in drive thru line.
So i went back in line and had to wait longer than I already did for a taco.
Come to find out when i drove home the taco they gave me had nothing but lettuce, cheese and jalapeños… i know it was purposely done, and when i tried to call the store the line was busy.
Something needs to be done about this customer service.

Absolutely no meat in the crunchwrap.
They didn't even put a full scoop in it and mind you a scoop is what goes into the tiny soft tacos.
