The restaurant is pretty small and open concept, not much intimacy or inviting energy when you're there. It didn't take too long for us to get our food even though it was decently busy. The quality of sushi depends on the dish you chose,we ordered sushi rolls and also Nigiri. The quality of fish for sushi rolls was less than the nigiri which I would recommend more.Service was standard,we were well attended to and got our order taken in good time nothing out of the ordinary good or bad.The sushi rolls we ordered felt like they were missing some sauce as they weren't exceptionally flavorful. The sake bombs however was an experience I would recommend, the Sapporo was delicious as was the hot sake.If you're not a sushi purist I would say to come here, there are better fish out in the sea of sushi places in Tucson I would say though.
A clean and responsive staff. The oyaku don was pretty good for the U.S.I'd probably order it again. My family had a mix of sushi rolls that were pretty good as well.Seemed to be one of the only sushi places open on a Sunday after 2pm so we thank you.
The best sushi spot in Tucson hands down! This place is always so packed, and the staff are incredibly friendly.I used to enjoy their happy hour pre 2020, which sadly they do not offer anymore, but the sushi prices are still reasonable.Recently, they underwent a remodel, and I must say, the updated look is much needed.A fresh coat of white paint did the job to make the place much more lively.Despite the changes, the sushi remains AMAZING, earning a 10/10 from me.It has always been and will continue to be my favorite sushi spot in Tucson.
